Fruit snack bar

  • 150g
  • 150g
    whole hazelnuts
  • 150g
  • 150g
    chopped dried apricots

Roast and grind into pieces.

Mix together and leave to crystallise. Fold in fruits and nuts.

Pour into Flexipan® moulds and leave to set.
