Ruby Tablet with Chia Seeds

As we owe the sparkling taste and colour of Ruby to the ruby cocoa beans: they’re all natural. Therefore it’s great to combine this chocolate with natural and wholesome super fruits and super seeds. In this easy recipe, chia seeds and dried rhubarb are added to ruby chocolate. For a fresh, zesty taste experience.

Ruby tablet with chia seeds

  • 92g
    chia seeds and dried rhubarb cubes

Place into mould.

Temper and fill the mould with the ruby chocolate. Even the surface and clean the sides of the mould.

Sprinkle dried rhubarb and chia seeds onto the wet chocolate.

Leave to crystallise at 16°C for at least 2 hours before unmouldlng.
