ChocoGelato Nero

ChocoGelato Nero: create gelato with a real chocolate taste and black colour.  ChocoGelato Nero is the first ready-to-use chocolate ice cream mix with real Belgian chocolate. Made with extra dark chocolate and black cocoa powder, it enables you to create chocolate gelato with a very intense and rich chocolate taste and very dark colour.
With ChocoGelato Nero, you can count on maximum convenience, without comporimising on taste. Thanks to its complete recipe, it is sufficient to mix it with hot water before churning it.

Ready-to-use mix for real chocolate gelato with a very intense chocolate and cocoa taste and black colour.

How to use

• Mix with 2,4 kg of hot water (70-85°C) during 2 minutes
• For a better structure, leave to rest in refrigerator (3-5°C) for ± 30 mins.
• Pour into batch freezer and start churning
