Satongo is an extraordinary dark chocolate made with a balanced blend of top grade cocoa beans from different origins in Africa. You'll discover its dark and rich cocoa body, topped with woody flavours and forest fruits.
The tempered acidity of this chocolate makes it great to savour as such in chocolate bars and tablets and moulded confectionery.
Its powerful body enables you to flavour mousses, ganaches and crèmes with an exciting chocolate taste that pairs perfectly with forest fruits, warm fruits such as oranges, and warm spices.
