Kirsten Thur is a pastry chef, chocolatier, and ice cream maker, and the owner of Kondit&Dat, a vibrant and creative Danish pastry studio known for its beautifully crafted cakes and chocolate creations. Together with pastry chef Sofie Hansen and apprentice Lærke Trøjborg, Kirsten has built a joyful, imaginative workspace where craftsmanship, flavor, and design come together to create unforgettable cakes for every celebration.
After becoming the runner‑up on The Great Danish Bake Off in 2017, Kirsten trained professionally as a pastry chef, chocolatier, and ice cream maker. From 2019 to 2022, she was part of the Danish Pastry Team, contributing to innovative approaches within modern pastry and chocolate work.
At Kondit&Dat, Kirsten and her team are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what cakes, chocolate, and ice cream can be — always with a deep respect for technique and taste. Their passion for the craft has made Kondit&Dat a beloved name in the Danish pastry landscape.
