Andrey Kanakin trained at LeNotre and Bellouet Conseil schools, studying under renowned international chefs, and worked in such top-tier restaurants as White Rabbit and Parisien. In 2015, he won gold at the Russian stage of the World Chocolate Masters competition and took first place in the OrNoir category at the international finals. In 2020, Andrey earned bronze in the European semi-final of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
Andrey regularly conducts practical courses and online masterclasses at the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Russia. In addition, he founded his own pastry laboratory PASTRY.PRO, launched a confectionery production facility and in 2025 opened a boutique in Moscow, offering his signature desserts.
