Alexey Grebenshikov is an ambassador for Callebaut and Cacao Barry. Alexey is the co-owner of Bourgeois Bohemians, recognized as Russia’s Best Restaurant of 2024 in Saint Petersburg, and trains the Russian national WorldSkills team in the “Cooking” category.
Alexey is a two-time winner of the national WhereToEat award in the “Pastry Chef of the Year” category (2023 and 2024) and the first pastry chef from Russia to present at the prestigious gastronomic congress Madrid Fusion. His recipes have been published in leading international pastry magazines, including So Good, Arte Heladero, and Pastry Revolution Verte.
