The taste of Ecuador is very chocolaty, round and balanced with strong cocoa notes. It reveals a slight tartness and hints of rum, whisky and tobacco. This hot chocolate comes with a wonderful ritual. While your guests pick their favourite chocolate flavour from a range of 6, you can prepare the steamed milk. They stir in the chocolate themselves until it's is melted and releases its delightful flavours.
