Fortina is a very rich and aromatic dark chocolate made with a balanced blend of fine flavour cocoa beans from all over the world. When you taste it, Fortina hits the palate with a powerful cocoa expression in which roasted and bitter tones make way for an aromatic acidity and fruity notes. Underneath lies a warm, woody and spicy flavour blanket topped with hints of fresh olives.
It is great to use in chocolate bars and tablets and ganaches, and is open to exciting pairing opportunities with Mediterranean herbs, powerful spices and exotic fruits.
