Milk chocolate recipe n° 823 Fairtrade offers everything the iconic 823 does, but with an extra fair label. With this chocolate, you contribute to the Fairtrade programmes that support cocoa farmers. And just like the 823, the 823 Fairtrade stands out with its warm, deep colour and well-balanced taste that is easy to pair with other flavours. Roasted cocoa is in perfect harmony with the milk and caramelly notes.
The 823 Fairtrade has the same standard fluidity and can be used in a wide range of applications. It tastes great in tablets and moulded or enrobed confectionery. Used to flavour mousses, crèmes, ganaches, sauces, it releases its typical creamy, milk chocolaty taste.
The recipe n° 823 Fairtrade can be used in exactly the same way as the 823 or any other regular milk chocolates. You can even replace the 823 in your recipes with it; without having to adapt your recipes or processing techniques.
Any reference to Fairtrade (FT) requires a valid Fairtrade certificate.
