'French Modern Pastries' demonstration class by Yann Couvreur
Touted as the rising star in the pastry scene by many gourmands and culinary media alike, Yann Couvreur is a Palace Michelin-starred pastry crafter, known for his famous Madagascar Vanilla Mille-Feuille. His signature pastry has won a number of awards including the "dessert of the year" by the guide LEBEY in 2014. To realise his dream of being connected with his customers, Yann Couvreur left his job to setup his first shop at the eastern side of Paris, in the lively neighbourhood of Goncourt.
