Welcome to the world’s premium international culinary competition devoted solely to the creative use of chocolate in all its applications. It is open to the world’s most talented chocolate craftsmen and women, the winner becoming World Chocolate Master.
No fewer than 20 upcoming and extremely gifted chocolate wizards will take part in the international finals. In front of a live audience and a jury of professionals, they will have to demonstrate the highest possible degree of creativity and chocolate skills. Only 1 of them will become the World Chocolate Master.

Aims & passion

The World Chocolate Masters is the world's premium International Culinary competition devoted solely to the creative use of chocolate in all its applications. It is the only truly global culinary competition based on world wide national pre-selection competitions and an International Final.

This year's competition theme is "Inspiration from Nature". Pastry chefs, chocolatiers and chefs will need to mix colours, shapes, smells and textures to titillate the five senses of the most demanding juries.

The World Chocolate Masters is Specifically designed to show-case the very best practice in contemporary chocolate. It is open to the world's most talented Chocolate craftsmen and - women. The winner is becoming World Chocolate Master.

The objective of both the National Selections and World Final is to provide a high interest format to promote the best artisans around the globe and support best chocolate practice. The competitions are intended to provide an accessible framework to promote the recognition of the personality, audacity and ingenuity of the chocolate world to the public as a whole. The World Chocolate Masters wishes to take chocolate Competition to a truly international audience, having a presence everywhere where Callebaut is used in the world.

The biggest winner of this unique competition will undoubtedly be the end consumer who will eventually be able to taste the best and most original chocolate treats at his favourite confectionery store or restaurant!
