Peanut and white chocolate (Created by Eddy Van Den Langenbergh - Teacher at VTI-Spijker in Belgium)

Ingredients Preparation
200g peanut butter
60g brandy
Heat slightly and mix together
800g Chocolate mousse powder
1L milk
Mix together and beat for 5 minutes. Then fold in the peanut butter mix
Fill a mould partly (circle /pyramid /...), press a piece of snickers in the middle and fill further. Freeze. After freezing, press out of the mould and finish on a dessert plate. Alternative: pipe in glasses, press in a piece snickers and fill further. F
