24 June marked a new chapter in Callebaut history. That’s the day we inaugurated the brand-new Callebaut Chocolate Academy centre in Belgium, built on the same spot where Callebaut started producing its first chocolate over 100 years ago. You’re more than welcome to find inspiration and take part in the many pastry, confectionery, bakery and culinary workshops we’re offering in this amazing new venue.

Callebaut Chefs and Ambassadors created a raw and fine experience for the opening of the Callebaut Chocolate Academy. Relive the highlights of the grand inauguration event.
Follow Patrick and Alexandre, the Academy’s technical advisors, as they take you through the whole Chocolate Academy centre. They introduce you to the four classrooms, show you the Chocolate Ritual Room and take you to see our Greenhouse, which accommodates a miniature West African cocoa plantation.
