Welcome to the world’s premium international culinary competition devoted solely to the creative use of chocolate in all its applications. It is open to the world’s most talented chocolate craftsmen and women, the winner becoming World Chocolate Master.
No fewer than 20 upcoming and extremely gifted chocolate wizards took part in the international finals held during October 2007 in Paris. In front of a live audience and a jury of professionals, they had to demonstrate the highest possible degree of creativity and chocolate skills. Only 1 of them became the World Chocolate Master 2007.
