Callebaut Dark Chocolate Strong 70-30-38NV Pre-crystallise.
peppermint extract Add according to taste.
Spread the chocolate onto plastic cover with serrated scraper. Make waves.

Finishing and presentation
Sprinkle with granulated sugar and keep in the fridge.
