Caramel Cannelloni (Created by the CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ centre in Belgium)

Ingredients Preparation
350g Caramel Callets™ Melt
550g whipped cream Fold the chocolate in. Leave to cool
Arrange 3 cannelloni's on a plate and finish with warm Callebaut Caramel Fill or with dark chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with Callebaut Brésilienne.
