225 g melted dark chocolate Callebaut Powerful 80% 80-20-44NV
Mix with a beater until creamy.
240 g eggs
120 g raw sugar
Beat until frothy and add.
150 g flour
240 g roasted nuts
Add. Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C.
