Callebaut’s Crème à la Carte range beats everything! These white chocolate ganaches are composed of noble ingredients: 60% pre-tempered chocolate, 22% creams and alcohol – available in 1 basic recipe and 1 alcohol flavour. With their soft, rich texture, they are ready to be piped as a filling in moulded confectionery – no tempering needed (only slightly heating, not higher than 35°C)! Furthermore they have a unique technical stability.
