Ice coatings

With the ice coatings, you can give ice cream scoops, sticks and pralines a hard crunchy dark chocolate-like coating in no time. Thanks to their special composition, there is no need to temper these coatings. Simply melt, apply and cool! After enrobing, they harden immediately. The lower temperature of the ice cream, the thicker the layer will be on the final product.
