Callebaut offers two chocolate couvertures with at least 30% less sugar and a taste that makes no compromise. These chocolates contain no artificial sweetener, and that’s quite unique! By rebalancing the classic chocolates and replacing more than 30% of the sugar in the recipes with dietary fibre, Callebaut has succeeded in bringing out a superior, rich, intense chocolate taste. The taste is unmistakably and typically the classic Callebaut taste.
Furthermore, the reduction in sugar affords greater scope for the cocoa flavours and aromas. Both chocolate recipes have a sweetness that is perceived as very pleasant.
