Ingredients Preparation
Strawberry coloured & flavoured chocolate Callebaut® STRAWBERRY Pre-crystallise the chocolate. Pipe rounds of chocolate
(3 cm diameter) in a round mould.
Candied lemon parts
Freeze-dried strawberry slices
Delicately roasted whole pistachios
Decorate immediately with the fruit and pistachio. Finish by decorating with silver leaf and raspberry powder.
