Hard coatings

Thanks to their special composition, there is no need to temper these coatings: simply melt, apply and cool directly! The end result looks like chocolate and has a chocolate taste: almost as intense and with a hard chocolate-like crack. In short, the coatings are a perfect alternative for chocolate. Ideal for dipping biscuits or confectionery.
