Callebaut voted 'Best Chocolate' in Chefs Choice Awards 2011
The annual awards of Restaurant Magazine aim to
reward companies and brands which help ensure that chefs deliver
the best food that they can. There are 22 categories which range
from Gadgets through to Food and Tableware.
The voting took place via a survey of chefs from all types of establishments and the results were revealed in the January 2011 issue of the magazine.
The chefs who participated in the survey have again awarded Callebaut the title of 'Best Chocolate'! This award proves yet again that Callebaut is the firm favourite with Pastry Chefs in the UK. A big 'Thank You' to all those who voted for us.
