Fall Chocolate Centerpiece Class at CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center

For Chicago area home chefs looking to impress their dinner guests this Thanksgiving, Barry Callebaut will host a special "Fall Chocolate Centerpiece" class at its CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center in Chicago.  During the class, which is open to the public, CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center Chef Amanda Snouffer will share the secrets for creating a show-stopping edible centerpiece for the table that's made entirely out of chocolate and can serve as the featured dessert for your guests.

Specifically, class participants will learn how to paint with chocolate using an airbrush technique, create different fall-themed shapes using candy molds, and assemble the finished shapes into a beautiful chocolate masterpiece.  Each participant will take home their chocolate creation and will be given recipes that they can try on their own at home.

Class is on Saturday, November 21, 2009 from 9 AM to 1 PM and the cost is $85 per person.  To register for the class, consumers may call 1-866-443-0437.
