Chocolate sauce (Created by the CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center in Belgium)

Ingredients Preparation
20g cream
20g Callebaut Dark Chocolate Strong 70-30-38NV
Pour together into a small sauce dish. Place for 15 seconds in the microwave oven at 800 W. Stir and put back into the microwave for 10 seconds at 800 W.
Stir one more time and serve immediately with waffles, pancakes, ice cream or other desserts.
