| 350g Caramel Callets™ | Melt |
| 550g whipped cream | Fold the chocolate in. Leave to cool |
| Arrange 3 cannelloni's on a plate and finish with warm Callebaut Caramel Fill or with dark chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with Callebaut Brésilienne. | |
