Chocolate Flavanols Slow Aging, Improve Blood Flow, Limit Strokes

Barry Callebaut has now developed a new chocolate that is packed with flavanols that work as antioxidants.  They say they have developed a new way to effectively increase flavanols in chocolate bars.  Their process preserves the flavanols in cocoa beans during the chocolate making process.
