Sylvain Bortolini is one of seven pastry chefs and chocolatiers competing in the US national selections for the World Chocolate Masters competition.

Pastry chefs and chocolatiers will showcase their skills in designing chocolate sculptures and creating pastries, pralines and desserts at the competition, which is organized by Barry Callebaut, a manufacturer of cocoa and chocolate products.
